Setup time varies depending on event size and complexity. Small indoor events may require 2 hours, while large concerts, festivals, or touring productions can take an entire day or more. Bigabox Productions handles installation, rigging, calibration, and programming, ensuring fixtures are correctly positioned and synced with audio and visuals. Our team arrives early to complete setup, conduct tests, and resolve any technical issues, delivering a flawless lighting experience for every event. Subject to load in, allocated time and venue we may be able to do a pre rig to help with set up and installation timings.
