Bigabox Productions delivered the technical production for ReliaQuest’s first UK conference and exhibition experience, hosted at the Rosewood Hotel in Holborn, London.
Designed for both current and prospective clients, the event combined a live sales conference with exhibition spaces, breakout sessions and supporting salon rooms. This required a flexible technical solution that could support multiple areas and different event formats throughout the day.
The main conference room featured two 5m x 2.5m Unilumin UPAD-IV 2.6mm LED video walls, VX1000 processing and full Barco E2 control, creating a high-resolution visual environment for presentations and branded content.

One of the biggest production challenges came midway through the event. Following the morning conference, the main space needed to be transformed into two separate rooms for afternoon Q&A sessions, with just 30 minutes available to de-rig and reconfigure the technical setup.
Careful advance planning allowed our team to complete the turnaround within the available window, ensuring the afternoon programme could begin without disruption.
Elsewhere within the venue, a combination of commercial displays, uplighting and video distribution supported the exhibition and salon areas. Media servers were also configured to provide a live stream of the conference, including a feed into a dedicated green room where the CEO and other presenters could follow proceedings before going on stage.
By managing video, audio, lighting, staging, rigging and streaming as one integrated production, Bigabox provided a flexible technical solution capable of supporting the different requirements of ReliaQuest’s first UK conference experience.
