By using a high-quality LED screen they could show films outside, while also offering people the chance to buy their ice cream to eat while watching the movies. It was a great way to get the word out about their ice cream without being too direct and offering something that people were sure to love.

 

Adidas new basketball show campaign – Adidas once promoted their new basketball shoes by making people “earn it”. The shoes were placed on a shelf that was 10 feet in the air which is the same height as a regulation basketball hoop. People had 24 seconds to try and jump up and reach the shoes, if they reached them they could have them.

 

Google’s ‘pay with a photo’ – Google ran a pop-up to promote the capabilities of its photos app. They opened a food truck and if people could find a certain photo on their phone within 20 seconds they could have their snacks for free.
