The Datapath FX4 – HDMI is a powerful, standalone video wall controller that takes a single video source and distributes it across up to four discrete HDMI displays. Designed for digital signage, it supports resolutions up to 4K at 60 fps and features flexible inputs, including one DisplayPort 1.2 and two HDMI 1.4 ports.
The hardware handles all required cropping, scaling, rotation, and frame-rate conversion internally. This allows users to create infinite creative configurations, such as irregular screen arrangements, overlapping zones, and multi-monitor canvases. It even supports pre-loaded images to display when a signal is lost.
Multiple units can be easily daisy-chained using the high-bandwidth loop-through port to build large, multi-screen video walls. Control is managed via USB or dual Ethernet ports using Datapath’s Wall Designer software, making it highly scalable for events and retail installations.
